Tim has flown to La Rioja region of Spain (just below the Pyrenees) to visit Alvaro, one of our main beekeepers who's supplied us for many years.  He is off today to  visit the biosphere Reserve where the bees make their 100% pure honey, free from pesticides and pollution.
He mainly produces organic honey: Forest, Mountain, Heather, Oak, Lemon blossom, Orange blossom and Rosemary honeys. His honeys are popular due to their tendency in staying runny longer especially the darker honeys, although raw honey always eventually sets after a while as it has not been over heated or ultra filtered.

Follow Tim in his trip!
We will keep you updated on Tim's adventure in visiting the hives, the bees and the region.

Best,
Alice, from the Raw Honey Shop.
