Dimitris' bees live on Mount Olympus - the seat of the gods! There they create probably the best Forest honey I have ever tasted. It comes from the Oaks and mountain herbs, such as wild Oregano. The result is a honey with many flavour notes. In fact, this honey is amongst the very best we sell. Its quality has been recognised by The London Honey Awards. It won Platinium both in 2021 and 2022. You will find this honey in 1kg, 5kg and 20kg sizes. The Vanilla Fir is also from a superb batch and is the best Vanilla Fir I have tasted.
