This set was made of Thyme and Mountain Forest Honeys provided by beekeeper Giorgos, Chestnut and Vanilla Fir Honeys provided by beekeeper Thomas, Raw Sidr Honey from beekeeper Charalampos, Extra Virgin Olive Oil from an old gentleman named Spyros, who is part of family with a history of producing fine extra virgin olive oil.

This is a dark strong Chestnut full of tannins, from the monastery on Mount Athos. It was recognised by the judges at the London Honey Awards, who gave it a Gold award.

Raw Greek Artisan Vanilla Fir Honey – 1kg
This honey has been granted Protected Designation of Origin, because of its uniqueness and rarity. It is a thick, earthy, creamy honeydew honey which has hints of vanilla and caramel.

Raw Greek Artisan Sidr Honey – 1kg
This legendary honey is thick with a rich, lavish and herbal sweet taste. There is a slightly sour and tangy aftertaste.

Wild Oregano from Mount Koziakas                                                                           A free gift from beekeeper Thomas and us when you purchase the set. The wild oregano has been collected from the Mountain peaks of Koziakas by a family friend, an elderly lady called Eleni. The area is famous for all the wild herbs growing there. This oregano is wonderfully aromatic, which you can even smell through the bag!
