Honey really good
I've never tasted tree honey before, and, having realised I'm wasting money on supermarket honey and missing out on the benefits of real honey, I thought I'd give it a go. Well, not only is it very different from anything I've tasted before it is
It taste lovely but it is rock hard, but good news I have it on my porridge every morning. Now almost finished it Kind regards Adrian
Raw Beech and Oak Honey
Once over the initial taste shock of the beech and oak, I have come to like it - for its unusual taste and for its robust consistency. I don't think it will become my regular favourite, in competition with the spanish forest honeys, but it is well worth the occasional contrast.
I have only just started exploring honey and so I can't give you a Jilly Goolden type account and description of all the forest flavours and smells that make up the honey.... but I can say it is Delicious! I'm trying to get processed sugar out of my diet (mainly in my tea) so I have tried it in tea and on toast Stunning, rich, sweet... I am looking forward to trying their entire range of Raw organic unfiltered honey :)
