Rossend's raw eucalyptus honey has a really amazing taste. It is light and slightly fruity, a little hint of apple and a beautiful mild after taste of fresh menthol.
More on the flavour: This is a beautiful tasting tree honey, it has a light menthol flavour with a joyful fruitiness. It comes from bees feeding on the eucalyptus trees in the Mediterranean area. It is slightly different from the flower honey as it has a bit more of a prominent taste. It shares characteristics of the herb type honey as it is creamy and sets in a similar manner.
Colour: This particular honey has an orange amber colour and when set it turns to a shade of peachy orange and pink.
Where does the honey come from? This variety of eucalyptus honey comes from Catalonia in Spain, the Catalonia Pyrenees are known for their pristine forests, high peaks and heavenly meadows, rushing rivers, winding streams and thundering waterfalls.
Who produces this honey: This eucalyptus honey comes from Rossend. He treats honey like and art form and you can really tell, it has such a perfect consistency and the varieties range from very subtle to very overt. What about the tree the honey comes from? The eucalyptus tree is an evergreen, also known as eucalypto in Spanish. It is one of the fastest growing trees in the world. Its essential oil is often used in aromatherapy as a decongestant and antiseptic. The trees are mostly found in Australia but also in the Mediterranean.

When your item has been shipped from our warehouse, you will be sent a tracking number via email with which you can track your parcel’s progress. Shipping to UK addresses
For deliveries to the UK, we use Royal Mail's 24 hour and 48 hour tracked signed services for most orders or carrier services for overweight orders. Most shipments will require a signature on delivery.
Orders placed on a working day (weekdays, excluding bank holidays) before 1pm will normally be packed and handed to the shipping company same day. Orders placed after 1pm on a working day or during non-working days will normally be packed and handed to the shipping company the following working day.
Shipping to non-UK addresses
For deliveries outside the UK, we use carrier services (the exact service will depend on your country). Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Most shipments require a signature on delivery.
Due to additional paperwork needed for international shipping, orders with non-UK addresses will take slightly longer to process. Orders placed on a working day (weekdays, excluding bank holidays) before 1pm will normally be packed and handed to the shipping company within two working days. Orders placed after 1pm will normally be packed and handed to the shipping company within three working days.
