Heather honey (480g) - This is an amazingly deep tasting shrub honey with a depth of flavour similar to dark chocolate or black tea. Despite not coming from a tree, heather honey has similar properties to tree honeys, namely its potent taste and dark colour.
Organic Chestnut honey (500g) - is a deep and malty tasting tree honey. It has a beautiful rich and nutty flavour, which many people adore. Chestnut can lend a bitter taste to honey but not always, it is known to be one of the most varied types of honey in taste, differing greatly from one area to another. This honey comes from bees feeding on Sweet Chestnut trees. It is quite different from the blossom varieties which are light and subtle, this is dark and more potent.
Greek Mountain Oak honey (490g) - This oak honey has a deliciously rich and mineral treacle flavour with hints of cooked apples and plums. The aftertaste lingers only briefly with a slight sourness. The aroma is similarly fruity, reminding us of cold spiced fruit sauces. The flavour and aroma make us think this could go very well with a fruitcake or Christmas pudding.
Forest honey (480g) - This honey starts with an aroma of sticky toffee pudding. On first taste, it has deep, full bodied, slightly smoky, earthy tones, delivering a more savoury taste than some other honeys. The rich main flavour is very full-bodied and deep-tasting, similar to a pomegranate molasses. There are strong mineral notes with a slightly dry and mostly clean after-taste. The body is good and thick, sitting on the tongue momentarily before melting away.
Please know that raw honey does crystalise and this is a natural process that occurs mainly due to the natural glucose in raw honey. For more information on why honey sets visit this article and for a more scientific explanation go to wikipedia.

Very impressed with service, delivery, product. Beautiful honey, very reasonably priced,
I had bought Tim’s honey before and just loved it. I don’t have a favorite as they all bring something new and different.
The best honey
Absolutely great Was never a lover of bought supermarket honey Love honeycomb These raw honeys are absolutely so different I love them My 8 year old grandson found them stronger than the honey he’s used to! But he did eat some I won’t buy supermarket honey in future
Autumn honey set
As always very prompt delivery, not had this set before, all really nice except the thyme honey which I found to be a bit overpowering but this will not stop me from buying from here again as I live most of the honey:)
