What about the tree the honey comes from?: The lemon tree is a hardy citrus tree which is dominant around the warmer climates of the world and can even grow in cooler places too. It can flower more than once per year and a stunning aroma is present whenever it is in bloom.
Common Uses: Lemon blossom honey is particularly good to use in different recipes, such as: salads, an accompaniment with cheeses, adding to shellfish and beautiful in a light herbal tea.

Lovely delicate tasting honey-lemon blossom
Am keeping it in a cupboard adjacent to Aga so always just right consistency for spooning out. Will be trying out one or two of the other flavours as well as some bee pollen as very happy with this initial purchase.
Raw Lemon Honey
I bought several trial sized pots and Lemon Blossom was my favourite, so bought a full sized jar. It is DELICIOUS! Love it.
Best raw honey I ever test
Lemon Blossom Raw Honey
well I was going to buy dry lemons to put them into my honey for the perfect aromatic lemon taste, when I tried the honey I gave up on the lemons. No need!
