Raw Organic Multifloral Honey - 50g Tester
This Raw Organic Multifloral Honey has a light and creamy flavour; it varies a little from batch to batch as the flowers change due to the season but tends to have a slight vanilla taste with a hint of wild flowers. Popular with most people and suitable for children due to its balanced and light taste.
More On Flavour - This is a light and sweet tasting mixed flower honey, it has a beautiful vanilla like flavour with floral notes. It comes from bees feeding on the small wild flowers in the Mediterranean area, different from the tree honey which comes from sap, this honey tends to be very mild and subtle and sets quicker than others. (Although sometimes we get a batch of mulitifloral, which comes from the forest).
Colour - This particular honey is a slightly creamy orange colour and turns a deeper shade of orange when set.
Origin - This variety of honey comes from the northern mountain ranges of Madrid in Spain known as Sierra De Guadarrama. Produced by Antonio, a 4th generation beekeeper who takes pride in producing honey in a traditional way, without adding or taking away anything. Antonio’s hives are based in the mountain ranges north of Madrid and the land his hives are on has been certified as organic by the Committee of Organic Agriculture in Madrid.
What about the plant Multifloral comes from? The wild flowers and flora of northern Madrid are vast amongst the mountainous regions. There are Spring narcissi, Crocuses, Lavenders, Brimeura, Gagea and Romulea just to name a few that are in multifloral honey!
Common Uses - Multifloral honey is particularly good to use as a skin treatment to aid in clearing blemishes, spots and acne, it is also very versatile in different recipes, such as: a glaze for meats, with salads, cakes, flapjacks, breads and teas.
Multi-floral Honey Facts – Multifloral honey varies widely depending on the areas the bees have been feeding on, it can be wild meadows or forest flowers or just a mix of any flora in the local area.
Please know that raw honey does crystalise and this is a natural process that occurs mainly due to the natural glucose in raw honey. For more information on why honey sets visit this article and for a more scientific explanation go to wikipedia.

Multifloral raw honey
My first time to try this Honey. As once again very nice flavour and I will buy it again once I have tried some more of the excellent alternative raw honey you have.
Fantastic Honey as usual
It isn’t my first time to order Acacia and miltifloral honey We drink tea with honey and lemon (obviously not English tea) And all shop bought honey is inferior to the ones I buy here.
I had been searching for quality honey for a long time and this is well worth the wait
As always-Excellent Honey
My recent order was for 5 kgs of multifloral honey and 1 KG of Arbutus honey. As always still excellent honey in the market. Uncomparable with honey from any other source.
I always order honey from this shop. The quality was excellent and highly recommend them. Their customer service is top.
