Raw, natural and one of the purest honeys because of the remote and uncultivated wildflower meadows it comes from.
100% Raw, completely natural, coarse filtered
Distinctive and subtle flavour
From small scale organic beekeeper Laimonas
Please note this honey is a solid honey that is completely crystallised but if you prefer it runny you can follow our video for liquefying your honey.
Where does the honey come from? Beekeeper Laimonas has his hives, in the wild northern forests and wildflower meadows of Lithuania which are untouched by the industrial agriculture that blights much of Europe. This Clover is from wildflower meadows that nestle amidst forest. There is no shortage of nectar for the bees and this honey comes from wildflower meadows when the clover was flowering.
Who produces the honey? Beekeeper Laimonas follows an ancient tradition of beekeeping handed down from his grandparents and his grandparents' grandparents. This heritage gives him a deep knowledge of bees and honey which enables him to produce very high-quality honey.
Please know that raw honey does crystallise and this is a natural process that occurs mainly due to the natural glucose in raw honey. For more information on why honey sets visit this article and for a more scientific explanation go to wikipedia.

- berry honey
Great tasting honey
Similar to the berry honey from the same producer, this is a great honey to eat for breakfast. It's too good to add to cooking - just fantastic on its own. It's buttery and subtle. Has become one of my go-to honeys, together with the berry one.
Honey from Lithuania
Super quick arrival. A beautifully packaged product. Not yet tasted but that this honey comes from Lithuania conjures up all sorts of images of a country I know nothing about and I love this.
Lovely and tasty
Once again we are delighted with our choice of honey. We really look forward to our toast in the morning with lashings of this wonderful product
Honey arrived and was amazing as always! Once you’ve tasted raw honey, you will literally never look back
Unique as the place of origin.
A unique honey, of creamy consistency and full of field tastes. Beautiful to spread on toast or scones.
