Ivan's honeycomb mainly comes from Lime (Linden) trees and wildflowers. Honeycomb is the best way to eat honey because honeycomb often includes bee bread (fermented pollen mixed with honey and enzymes), royal jelly and propolis in the cells - some of the other nutritious elements that come from the hive.

Where does the honey come from?: These honeycombs come from Gorna Oryahovitsa in Bulgaria. It is situated at the northern foothill of the Tarnovo Elevations, a beautiful landscape with a rich and ancient tradition of beekeeping..
Who produces this honey?: This comes from Ivan. A young and fastidious beekeeper who is very concerned with details and getting it just right. He has a systematic approach and colour codes his hives, this stops the bees getting confused and heading to the wrong hive where a fight may ensue! Ivan is going through organic certification and is in his last year, it takes 3 years to obtain.
Common Uses: Honeycomb is beautiful eaten on its own. Alternatively it is very nice broken into pieces and put on bread with some double cream or even clotted cream.

When your item has been shipped from our warehouse, you will be sent a tracking number via email with which you can track your parcel’s progress. Shipping to UK addresses
For deliveries to the UK, we use Royal Mail's 24 hour and 48 hour tracked signed services for most orders or carrier services for overweight orders. Most shipments will require a signature on delivery.
Orders placed on a working day (weekdays, excluding bank holidays) before 1pm will normally be packed and handed to the shipping company same day. Orders placed after 1pm on a working day or during non-working days will normally be packed and handed to the shipping company the following working day.
Shipping to non-UK addresses
For deliveries outside the UK, we use carrier services (the exact service will depend on your country). Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Most shipments require a signature on delivery.
Due to additional paperwork needed for international shipping, orders with non-UK addresses will take slightly longer to process. Orders placed on a working day (weekdays, excluding bank holidays) before 1pm will normally be packed and handed to the shipping company within two working days. Orders placed after 1pm will normally be packed and handed to the shipping company within three working days.
