Who produces this honey? Giorgos is the master beekeeper behind a series of premium award winning honeys which keep winning top awards year after year. Giorgos has a knack for finding the best places in Greece for his bees to produce honeys, with outstanding complex flavours. Places like Mount Kissavos, where the climate and soil combine with his bees and his beekeeping craft to produce sublime honey. Giorgos is certified to the highest level.

Mountain honey facts: Bees kept at higher altitudes will have a much shorter period of time within which to gather nectar and make honey before the seasons change. This makes high altitude honeys rarer due to their smaller supply.  Mountain honeys also tend to have a slightly thicker consistency due to their low moisture content.
