Llevamos más de 10 años recibiendo miel de Antonio Simón. Fue nuestro primer apicultor orgánico.
(Aquí está con Carmen, no es una gran foto pero es la única que tengo. Fue en una feria orgánica en Madrid un gélido día de noviembre hace un par de años).
Antonio es un pionero de la apicultura ecológica en España, un verdadero experto que se preocupa profundamente por las abejas y la calidad de su miel. No conozco a ningún otro apicultor que produzca una variedad tan amplia de miel orgánica y preste tanta atención a los detalles.
Más que eso, es un tipo encantador, realmente amable y considerado, y muy servicial.
En este momento, incorporó a su yerno, Rubén, al negocio, supongo que con el plan de entregárselo eventualmente.
De todos modos....
Llamé a su oficina recientemente y me dijeron que se había ido de luna de miel; él y su pareja Carmen solo se habían ido y se habían casado.
Muchos de nuestros clientes conocen y aman la miel de Antonio y pensé que sería muy bueno si le enviábamos a él ya Carmen una tarjeta de felicitación, y también le expresamos nuestra gratitud por su miel.
¿Considerarías escribir un mensaje a Antonio y Carmen? Imprimiremos todos los mensajes y los incluiremos en una tarjeta que les enviaremos junto con un regalo.
