Three generations of beekeepers are behind some of the most beautiful Organic honeys from Asturias, northern Spain.
There's Luisa, her daughter Olaya, her Sister Ines and Mother Jacoba.

She's talking about their approach and their passion for working in a way that respects nature, producing honey that is raw, organic, and packed with life.
Asturias, with its rugged mountains and thick forests, is perfectly suited to beekeeping. The family keep their hives high in the mountains, and each member plays their part.
Olaya along with her brother Mario look after the bees and hives, Luisa oversees everything, and Ines and Jacoba help run the packing side of the operation.
Tim Owner and Founder of The Raw Honey Shop visited the beautiful mountain area that the Heather honey in this set comes from in the summer of 2022.
The hives sit on a plateau at a place called San Isidro surrounded by peaks at around 1500 metres. It is an incredibly wild and remote place. As are the forests where the Forest honey and Eucalyptus come from.
