Sammlung: Volcano Speciality Coffee
Molly used to help out on our very first honey stall when she was a kid. Much later Molly and her partner Freddy travelled to Nicaragua and discovered rare coffees grown on ancient volcanoes — beans nurtured by high-altitude mist and rich volcanic soil. Hand-harvested and naturally processed, these speciality coffees deliver layered complexity, bright acidity and earthy-chocolate notes far removed from mainstream blends.
