I will drop you an email when the new seasons olive oil arrives before I email everyone else.

To make a health claim for extra virgin olive oil the polyphenol content has to be above 250mg per kilo of olive oil.  In the case of Spyros’ olive oil the level was 406mg per kilo.  So substantially more.
