Captivated by the volcanic landscapes and incredible-tasting coffee, they explored the coffee-rich region of Nueva Segovia and built lasting relationships with local farmers. Today, they bring these unique coffees to the UK, including Los Volcancitos — a washed blend of Caturra, Red Catuaí, Yellow Catuaí, and Maracaturra grown at 1600–1650 m by Mario Gomez in Mosonte, Nueva Segovia. Los Volcancitos is a 3-hectare farm in Mosonte, Nueva Segovia, owned by Mario Gomez since 2000. Only ripe cherries are manually harvested, floated, depulped, and fermented for 24–36 hours before being washed and carefully dried on African beds in covered micro-tunnels.

🔍 Process & Sustainability
This coffee is fully washed, with meticulous care from harvest to drying.
