Almond, Chocolate & Olayá's Forest Honey Clusters - a little taste from the forests and mountains of Asturias.

Created by Olaya, Luisa’s daughter, these chocolate bites are packed with almond flakes and sweetened with the family’s dark forest honey. Named after her grandmother Jacoba — the soul of Luisa’s bee-keeping company, still working every day at 88 — they’re a genuine tribute, not just a name. We tried some in the office and got through three whole boxes very quickly.

Made with Olayá's 100% Spanish Forest Honey, bringing together caramelised almonds, milk chocolate and crisp pieces of wafer biscuit.

Olayá is part of the family behind Luisa’s honeys. Together with her mother Luisa and brother Mario, she works with the bees in the wild mountain regions of Asturias and León, producing the rich, distinctive honeys that we love.

Their forest honey is used to caramelise the almonds, adding a beautiful depth of flavour to the combination of crunchy almonds and smooth milk chocolate. The result is a wonderfully moreish treat – crisp, nutty, chocolatey and naturally sweetened with honey.

Perfect to enjoy with a coffee or simply when you fancy a sweet treat!

Made in Spain with 100% Spanish forest honey.

INGREDIENTS:

Mixture: Milk chocolate coating, caramelised almond pieces with brown sugar, water and Olayá forest honey, wafer biscuit (wheat flour, sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, lactose (milk), milk proteins, salt, malt extract (barley), raising agent E500ii).

ALLERGENS:

Contains gluten, eggs, soya, milk and milk derivatives, nuts.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Store at an optimum temperature of 14–18°C.
